Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the United Electric H100K-540 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Universal products, including obsoleted and phased-out Universal-Robots parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Universal product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Universal such as the OFSMEBS1200SHN4AZ1AD5 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TG150 manufactured by Universal-Robots and we are pleased to be able to service most Universal-Robots systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature K2000501000FM by Manufacturer Universal as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has United-Electric Brand TAE4023BS8831 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Us-Electric such as 4BRA1TC equipment made by Us-Electric have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Us-Electric products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Us-Electric" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PC00228 made by Vacon as well as the popular N06N1040239F original spares produced by Us-Motor

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CEBD43016108A by Carrier and 4BRA1TC spares by Us-Electric are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MSC251 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Carl-Zeiss.
